What Is Our Return Policy?
FancyPants Return Policy 1.We have a 7 day return policy. In the case that you want to return a product, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us that you want to return your order. After we receive the email, we will respond within 1-2 working days and arrange a pick up for your product from the shipping address. 2. No cash refunds are made for any product on the store. FancyPants will issue a credit code for the full return amount (minus COD handling charge) upon receiving the product in unused and perfect condition. Store credit cannot be redeemed on FORAY products. 3.The products have to be unused and the tags have to be secure on the product. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse return. If you have removed the tags of the product, we cannot accept the return and the product will be sent back to the client. 4. Returns or Exchanges for products with price less than Rs.1500 will not have a pick up. The client is required to send an email to email@example.com and courier the product such that we recieve it within 7 working days in a perfect, re-sellable condition. If we do not recieve an email intimating us of the return courier, we are not responsible for the return of the parcel as we cannot locate its origin or order number. The order number can be found in the confirmation email as well as text message from FancyPants. Please note that till we do not recieve full information from you, we will not process the return from our end. The customer will have to courier the product back to us after which they will be eligible for a credit note or exchange. Failure to email us before couriering the product back will result in Rs.200 deduction from the credit code to be issued. Expedited orders sent through courier services like FedEx, BlueDart etc will not have a pick up arranged. The client will have to courier the parcel back to our office within 7 days of return request at their own cost. Returns for accessories like Home Decor, Shoes, Jewellery etc will have to be couriered back by the client. Since these are delicate products which can easily be damaged, please ensure the packaging ensures the product safety. Any products received with broken parts, scratches or any other damage will pass quality check. 5. There will be no return or exchange for sunglasses as they are a final sale. 6.No Returns on Swimsuits will be accepted due to hygiene reasons. 7. In case of you receive a damaged piece, we will dispatch a new piece as soon as possible. 8. No returns will be accepted on exchange products or orders placed with store credit. 9.Please try clothing articles with the tags on to check sizes. If you are happy with the product you can remove the tags and trot around town being a FancyPants. 10. Please try shoes at home or on a carpeted surface. 11. Sale of all discounted items are FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.For FORAY: Due to the delicate nature of the pure satin fabric and hand embroidery, we will not accept returns on any Foray products as it is extremely likely to get damaged in the lengthy return process. What Is The Return Procedure?
To return the product, please pack the product in the original packging and address it to:

Contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a pick up. In the event that the product is under the value of Rs.1000 the customer is requested to package it and courier it to the above address. The courier must be done within 7 days of informing us that you want to return the product. If we haven't received the product after 15 days since we were informed of the return, we will be unable to accept the product.
On the pre-decided time, our courier service will pick up the product from you. Note: This is the last moment you can change your mind!
Once we receive and examine the product, we will provide you with a credit note which will be redeemable on our website for a year. Please note that we do not make cash refunds.
What Is Our Exchange Policy?
Exchanges can be made for products that are defected or if you need a different size. In this case, please email us at email@example.com and we will arrange a pick up and send a fresh product or different size as per your requirements.
