You can register yourself by clicking on the New User button on the top left hand corner of the website. You can also register via Facebook using the Login with Facebook link. You will be redirected to a page wherein you can enter your email and password and that’s it – you’re registered!

Subscribe: To subscribe to our fashion alerts, please enter your email address in the bar at the end of our homepage. You are now in the loop so wait for your first FancyPants email!

Unsubscribe: To unsubscribe, scroll to the bottom of any our emails and click on "Unsubscibe" button. (we are kidding, don't actually do it)

To edit your account information, login to fancypantsthestore.com using your user id and password and click on settings to update all your personal details, addresses and payment information.

Forgot Password? Happens to the best of us.

To reset your password click on Login and click on forgot password. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

To check your order details at any time, login to your account, click on My Orders; then click on view order to get all details.

You can browse through our products (don’t miss out on the Handpicked products on the homepage!) and click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button. After you are done adding all the products you wish to purchase, you can review them by viewing your cart and then click on Checkout. Once you enter your information and choose your payment method, you can do a little dance to celebrate being a FancyPants!

You can always choose an alternate address at the time of the order or contact Customer Service at info@fancypantsthestore.com to provide the details.

After you add the selected products to your cart, you can view the cart to review your order and total. You can make final changes to your order quantity here. You will see a promotional code space near the Total of your order. You can put in the digits there and click on “Apply.” The page will reload and your total will be revised.

There are some products on the website which are "Pre-Orders" which means that they are in the process of being stocked but due to it being a very popular products, we start accepting order before that. Please allow 15-17 working days for a Pre-Order to be dispatched to you. In case of customs delay or weather condition, there maybe an unforeseen further delay.

Prepaid order cannot be cancelled once shipped out.

It is absolutely safe to use your plastic money on our website. Your bank approves the transaction directly and we do not retain any card information. FancyPants assures you that we use the safest method of online payment available for the net today and we love shopping online without the stress of being available to pay COD on the door. So be assured, its completely safe and convenient to use your card on our website.

Cash-On-Delivery is an alternate payment mode for all those who do not wish to use their cards to make the transaction. With COD, you pay at the door when the delivery is made to you.

After you review your order and reach the payment section of Checkout, you can choose COD and then confirm the order. Voila! – Your order is placed and you can pay cash when you receive the delivery.

Yes, there is a Rs. 100 extra charge for COD. This is because it is more expensive for us than credit/debit card transactions and we think its fairer to charge Rs.100 from COD customers than add the cost to all our products and increase prices for everyone. Hope you Fancy people understand!

If the payment is approved, your order will be placed. It has never happened that a customer is charged, and the order isn’t processed. However, if you are one of those paranoid ones, do not hesitate to call customer service and confirm your order. We’ve got a partner with some OCD so we won’t judge!

No. There is no shipping charge, even if your order is HUGE (We like those the best!). However, if we have shipped something to you once and delivery has been unsuccessful the product will come back to us. 

This depends largely on the delivery address. You may receive it as soon as a day or two but at the most, it will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can click on the link to track your order.

Fancily. We will make sure that your product gets to you in prime condition. Depending on the product, we will package it in a way that will make you extra happy when you receive it!

If your package has been opened and the articles look like they have been tampered with, DO NOT ACCEPT the shipment. Please email us at info@fancypantsthestore.com.

As unlikely as this is, if you have received an incorrect article we apologize. Please email us at returns@fancypantsthestore.com. We will immediately arrange a pick up and send out the correct order.
