Please read our return and exchange policy below.
Return Policy for Online Orders:
- To initiate a return ,please fill out the returns form located at the bottom of this page within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Once we receive your form within the stipulated time, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address (This is completely free!)
- You will require your order number to fill the form which can be found in the confirmation email as well as text message from FancyPants.
- Please allow 2 working days for us to respond to your email as well as arrange a reverse pick up. (If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder).
- Please allow 10-12 business days for the entire process to be complete. The exchange timeline will vary depending on the size availability.
- Once we receive your return, we will either exchange the product or issue a credit code for the product amount which is valid on the website and in store for a year from the date of issue.
- For us to accept a return, the products have to be unused and the tags have to be secure on the product. Any sign of usage (tears, scratch, stains, broken hardware or foul odor) will result in failure of quality check and rejection of the return.
- Please try clothing articles with the tags on to check sizes. If you are happy with the product you can remove the tags and trot around town being a FancyPants. If you have removed the tags of the product, we cannot accept the return.
- In case you receive a damaged piece, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and pictures of the damage in the product within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please keep the tags intact. We will respond within 1-2 working days and dispatch a new piece as soon as possible.
- On the time of delivery if you receive a shipment that is in a tampered state, we request you to not accept the parcel from the courier person and immediately inform us the situation and we will help you further.
Products NOT eligible for Returns :
- All products bought in the SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale of all discounted items is FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on discounted/sale products.
- Products bought using a FancyPants credit code are not applicable for returns or exchanges. FancyPants allows one size exchange per a full priced product in any order. If FancyPants has provided one size exchange for a product, we cannot accept another return or exchange on that product.
- Shoes are not eligible for return unless it is a size exchange. Please try shoes at home or on a carpeted surface to ensure that if you need a size exchange, the shoes are in perfect condition to pass our quality check. Size exchange is subject to product availability.
- FancyPants cannot arrange a pickup for accessories like home décor, shoes, etc. If the return is accepted by us, these will have to be couriered back by the client at their own cost. Since these are delicate products which can be damaged easily, please ensure the packaging guarantees the product safety. Any products received with broken parts, scratches, stains or any other damage will not pass our return quality check and will be returned back to you as received.
Swimwear : FancyPants Swimwear is not eligible for returns but we are happy to provide a size exchange for the piece, if the size is available. Once you fill out the returns form below, the team will provide the return address. The swim product will need to be returned to our warehouse within 10 days of delivery. Once we receive the product at the FancyPants warehouse, the return team will place a new order for size exchange if the size is available or issue a credit code for the amount as per our policy.
Please note that swim products without its original tag and hygiene sticker will not be accepted.
- Cover ups : We do not accept returns or exchanges on Cover ups
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on Accessories.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on Sunglasses.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on Jewelry.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on Accessories, Sunglasses and Jewelry due to the delicate nature of the product. Plating is sensitive to moisture, including water and sweat. Refrain from spraying perfume, hair spray or other chemicals once the jewellery is worn. Avoid contact with all liquids.
- International Orders: We do not accept returns on International Orders due to high logistics costs.
- We do not provide refunds for any orders. FancyPants will issue a credit code for the amount paid (minus COD handling charge/logistics charges) upon receiving the product in unused and perfect condition.
- For any returned product that does not pass our quality check due to stains, tears, odor, broken hardware or any other damages, the return will not be accepted and we will ship it back to the client at an additional logistics charge of INR 200.
- If any order placed using a credit code cannot be fulfilled by FancyPants, we will reissue the credit code (with the same expiry date as before). No refund will be made for any order.
- We cannot accept returns on any products that have been damaged or tarnished due to daily wear and tear.
How to use your CREDIT CODE:
- A FancyPants credit code is applicable on our all products including the ones which are already on sale. It is valid up to a year from the date of issue.
- If your code is below INR 3,000, it should be redeemed all at once. If you use the code for any value below the code amount, the entire code is void and the balance amount cannot be redeemed in any other way.
- If your code is above INR 3,000, it can be split for a maximum of 2 different orders. To do this, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your first order using the code. We will not be able to split the code if we are not informed within the specified time frame.
- Please note that till we do not receive full information from you, we will not process a return from our end. We do not accept any couriers that we are not already expecting to arrive. Please mention your name/order number on the package such that it is easily visible, we are not responsible for the return of the parcel if we cannot locate its origin or order number.
Exchange Policy for Online Orders:
- Exchanges can be made for products if you need a different size. In this case, please fill the return form within 10 days from the date of delivery of your order. After we receive the form, we will respond within 1-2 working days and the return protocol will be followed. FancyPants will do its best to provide a size exchange but it is subject to availability.
Return And Exchange Policy for Our Retail Store In Bandra, Mumbai
- Returns and/or Exchanges are accepted in-store only, within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided the clothes have not been used and/or damaged in any way and the original purchase receipt is provided.
- The FancyPants tag should be intact and untouched and the product should be in re-saleable condition as deemed by the FancyPants quality check team.
- There will be no return/exchange accepted on Accessories, Jewelry, Swimwear and Body Essentials. Goods bought on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- FancyPants issues a credit code in case of return which is valid in-store only, for a period of one year from the date of issue.
